    1. Our site provides market data and related tools for viewing, tracking and sharing performance of cryptocurrencies and the exchanges on which they are traded. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and the information presented on our website is for your information only and:
      1. does not constitute any form of financial advice;
      2. does not constitute any recommendation, invitation or inducement in relation to any of the crypto currencies (or other products) listed on our website or the products or services of any organisation that may advertise on our website;
      3. and should not be relied upon by you in making or deciding to make any investment or other decisions.

  8. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

    1. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
    2. We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it.
    3. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

    1. When we consider that a breach of these website terms of use has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate which may include:
      1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site;
      2. the removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our site;
      3. legal action against you; and/or
      4. disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
    2. We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of these website terms of use. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
  10. We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

    1. We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
    2. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
    3. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

    1. We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated in December 2020.

    1. We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our users' needs and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
  15. Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

    1. These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the site and these terms of use. We are however entitled to take action in any other forum and jurisdiction as we deem necessary to protect our rights.
  16. Our trade marks

    1. "COINREADTM" and the "COINREADTM" Logo ( ™) are trade marks owned by Rise Enterprises RSC Limited and licensed to and used as trade marks by RL Labs Ltd. You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under these terms of use.
